Studi Karakterisasi XRD Pada Material CNT Melalui Variasi Tegangan Hot Wire

 Analisis XRD menggunakan software search-match telah dilakukan pada material Carbon Nanotube (CNT). tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa yang terbentuk di permukaan substrat. CNT berkatalis Ag ditumbuhkan diatas substrat kaca preparat (SiO2) dideposisi melalui metode HWC-in plasma VHF PECVD dengan variasi tegangan hot wire. Ditemukan berturut turut 2,6 V, 4 V dan 6 yaitu C60(TiCl4)3, C60Br4Cl4(TiCl4), serta C60S16. Dari ketiga jenis digunakan terlihat adanya C60 merupakan salah satu dari struktur fullerenes. Sedangkan unsur lain hasil puritas diperkirakan diperoleh sisa gas sebelum proses deposisi. wire dalam deposisi, dihasilkan teganan terbaik. Hal ini disebabkan karena puncak intensitas tertinggi berada posisi terdekat database CNT.
